This website does not use cookies, analytics tools or third-party services that track your browsing.

The hosting provider Cloudflare may record technical data, such as your IP address, for security and to keep the website running.

If you call me, email me or use the contact form, I use your details only to reply to you and to arrange our sessions.

The form collects only your name, your email, optionally your phone number, and how and when you'd like me to contact you. These details are sent to me by email and are not stored on the website. The form doesn't ask about your health, and please don't include such information.

To protect the form from automated spam, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data from your browser. See Cloudflare's privacy policy (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy).

Form messages are delivered through Cloudflare's email service and kept in my Gmail (Google) account for as long as they are needed for our communication and for arranging sessions. When they are no longer needed, they are deleted. They are not shared with third parties, unless required by law.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
